Tablets and phones/handhelds
In most cases you can use your current hardware. We support iOS and Android devices that are generally no older than 2 years. Sometimes it is also possible to use older devices, you can simply test them by starting a free trial. If it does not work fast enough or as desired, you can use another device.

Printers
We support most printers that are Epson or Star compatible. The condition is that the printer has a LAN (Ethernet / Internet) connection. You can easily add these in the cash register app by searching for printers within your network.

Important: the device on which the cash register is installed must be on the same network as your printer(s).

Depending on your subscription, there is no maximum number of devices that can be connected. We charge a license per device on which you want to use the cash register app, there is no maximum number of printers to be used.

Yes, that's possible. You can log in to the device to be replaced and request an export code. When you see the code, you can read it into the new device. Log in to the new device with your details and enter the import code.

Here is the step-by-step plan

On your old device:

1. go to Settings
2. go to import and export
3. go to export with code
4. select the items to export
5. write down the code
6. close the app without clicking away from the code screen

On your new device:

1. download the app from the app store
2. log in with your details (if you have forgotten your password, press forgot password, you will then receive a link with which you can recover the password)
3. choose your language
4. go through the questions wizard
5. go to Settings
6. go to import with code
7. enter the code you wrote down on your old devices in step 5
8. you will receive a message that the import was successful

This is certainly possible! You can create an Excel file and import it into your cash register app.

Example of the columns in an Excel file, only the article, category, VAT and price columns are required.

Here is the step-by-step plan

1. provide an Excel file that contains the following columns: item, price, VAT and category
2. save the file as xlsx
3. go to settings in the cash register app
4. go to import and export
5. go to import with Excel file
6. press import excel file
7. choose your Excel file
8. the system indicates that you are going to import x number of categories and products
9. press ok
